With a background as a qualified joiner and extensive experience across construction and aluminium joinery fabrication, I have developed a broad and practical knowledge of the building trade. This gives me the ability to identify issues quickly, understand how they’ve developed, and clearly explain what they mean for homeowners and buyers.

For the past seven years, I’ve successfully operated a kitchen business right here in Whanganui, working with local homeowners, builders, and tradespeople. That local experience means I’m familiar with the common construction methods, age of housing, and environmental conditions unique to our region — from coastal properties through to older character homes.
